Yesterday, despite the rain, I was able to get out to fit in a walk, and of course catch Providence & Worcester train NR-2 in Ledyard. At least this time of year some of the trees are in bloom. Too bad it was too early to celebrate Cinco de Mayo […]
NR-2
Found a few minutes in my schedule this morning to get out, so I decided to explore my new spot south of the USS Nautilus – this time with both the telephoto and wide angle rigs. Hopefully I could also time it with Providence & Worcester train NR-2’s arrival into […]
Another nice blue sky day today, one I had to take advantage of. So I headed out for my walk this morning, hoping to catch Providence & Worcester train NR-2 in Ledyard. I did bag them, along with a couple things floating on the water – one with NR-2, and […]

On the catching up road again. Part one of three is from this past Monday the 16th – the short version is this – I was able to catch Providence & Worcester train NR-2 at Mill Cove in Ledyard and crossing the Thames River.
OK, last one to catch up on! This was after the snowstorm – which lasted from Sunday night until Monday night (don’t ask about pictures during the storm – that was a fiasco!). And the sun was shining bright on Tuesday, so I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to catch […]
