I was able to get out for a bit this morning to take advantage of the beautiful sunshine and blue skies that were gracing Connecticut. And as it turned out, I was able to catch Providence & Worcester train NR-2 passing by another cargo carrier.
I’ll be brief tonight mostly because there’s really no story to tell. I caught a short P&W NR-2 at Mill Cove this morning, but also coincidentially an empty coal barge from the AES Thames power plant across the river in Montville was heading south. The timing worked out nicely where I could get both the train and the barge in the same frame. With limited time, Mill Cove was the only spot I shot NR-2 this morning (yeah, I had a meeting to get to…). So here’s the goods from the cameras this morning.
