One that I missed

One series of shots got left by the wayside temporarily. Time to remedy that. Last month, 9/24/07 to be specific, I caught the ship Carolyn Chouest towing the Navy research submarine NR-1 out to sea on my way home from work. I finally got around to processing the images, and posting a bunch to the gallery. Since it was in the afternoon, I photographed the ships from the New London side of the Thames River at two spots – one north of the drawbridge, and one to the south.

Instead of going through each one, here’s a few random thumbnails – just click on the thumbnail and browse the gallery from there, or hit the link at the bottom of the last thumbnail to go to the album and take your pick of all of them from there. I got the pair starting out by the USS Nautilus, then heading south to the drawbridge, and again as they passed by the Electric Boat shipyard.
