Tuesday & Wednesday NR2

So the weather’s been crappy lately, but as usual that never stopped me from getting out and shooting.  And this time of year, the colors are just starting to peak down in southeastern Connecticut, so even cloudy gloomy days are somewhat colorful.  And boy were Tuesday and Wednesday pretty cloudy and gloomy.  As luck had it, I was able to dodge the raindrops on Wednesday and stay dry while shooting around the Thames and Lieutenant Rivers.  Yep, I actually was able to get away from the good old Thames River valley for a bit.  Nothing special, but something different…

Tuesday I didn’t have too much time, so I opted for a short stint at Erickson Park, taking advantage of the changing colors.  Without getting too wordy, here’s the goods from Tuesday.

And Wednesday I also headed up to Erickson Park, but this time I broke out the Lumedyne to light up the overhanging foliage as a little experiment.  And after that I had to go over to Old Lyme to the town hall, so I bagged NR-2 crossing the Lieutenant River in town there.
