Yeah, yeah, yeah, I know the whole thing about bragging…but I seemed to have read a saying somewhere that went something like, it ain’t braggin’ if you can do it. 😉 Well, this morning I got an email from the Railpictures.net staff notifying me that one of my photos got the 3rd place People’s Choice Award for this week. Pretty cool! It’s the shot from the cab control car of a Shore Line East commuter train heading through the tunnels under New Haven, CT that I first mentioned in this post. Here’s the shot on my site, as well as the shot up on Railpictures.net and below is a screeshot of the RP.net site showing the shot in the Screener’s Choice, as well as People’s Choice areas. Plus this is the second image of mine to do that – here’s the first. That one only got a 4th place PCA in addition to the Screener’s Choice… 😀
