Friday morning on my way into work, I noticed something odd while crossing over the Thames River on the Gold Star Bridge. So a quick ride down Thames Street was in order to investigate.

Headed out at my usual time this morning to take my walk, and catch Providence & Worcester train NR-2 heading south in Ledyard. The timing worked out great so I could get a good walk in, then shoot the train rolling south along Mill Cove under a gorgeous blue sky.
Two times in one day – not too bad. Got lucky this afternoon, and caught Providence & Worcester train NR-2 in New London as I was leaving work. Pretty good way to finish off the workday, and welcome in the long holiday weekend.
