Monday was to be day two of 90 degree temps here in Connecticut, and it did not dissapoint. I was able to get out in the morning and catch Providence & Worcester train NR-2. They said the haze and fog would burn off quickly – but in my case, not quickly enough. One of the drawbacks of being close to the shore.
I’ll be brief here – I caught NR-2 at two spots along the Thames River – Mill Cove and south of the USS Nautilus. The clouds and haze didn’t burn off until close to lunchtime, so it was like shooting on a cloudy day. But that didn’t keep me away. OK, enough of that – here’s the pictures.
[cpg_album:589]Thanks for looking!
