Running behind again. So here’s a quickie from last Friday. I was only able to catch Providence & Worcester train NR-2 at the USS Nautilus, but there was some really funky clouds in the sky ahead of some crappy weather that rolled in for later in the day and Saturday.

Today, with the crappy weather, my “honey-do” list got mostly put on the back burner. So after I put up the flagpole in the front yard and hoisted Old Glory, I headed for the bathroom/darkroom to soup up a couple rolls of T-MAX 400. Once they were dried enough I […]
Another crappy morning weather-wise today. But I tore myself away from the office to get a couple quick shots of Providence & Worcester train NR-2 in Groton in between the sporadic raindrops.
Finally got my photos from the speeder ride I took back on the 14th processed. It was a beautiful day weather wise, and that coupled with the great scenery along the New England Central Railroad’s Palmer Subdivision between Willimantic and New London, Connecticut and a bunch of really truly nice […]
Finally, up to yesterday! I didn’t get a chance to head out at all today, so this is the newest update. With the weather moving in, there was a bit of sunshine in southeastern Connecticut. So I tried to take advantage of it and headed out at my usual time […]

Damn, talk about busy. Hectic at work, and booked up at home. Which leaves precious little time to take pictures! Well, that’s not entirely true – Wednesday night my wife & I got a night away from the kids and saw our friend Steve Rodgers and his brother Jon play […]
Got one shot up on Railpictures.net of the speeder ride I took this past Sunday. The ride was put on by the Northeast Rail Car Association (NERCA), which is also affiliated with the North American Rail Car Owner’s Association (NARCOA). Click here for the shot. I’ll have the rest posted, […]
Still playing catchup here. This past Tuesday I took the wife & kids to watch the Mystic Aquarium release a harbor seal back into the wild. This is the seal that was found beached in Bridgeport with a gunshot wound to his eye. Once he was brought back to health, […]
