Schemitzun<\/a>, which is a feast of green corn and dance. \u00a0At this Powwow, many Native tribes are represented – not just from North America, but also from Central and South America. \u00a0We were there on Staurday, and witnessed the opening ceremony (parts of which there were no photos allowed) as well as the Grand Entry of all the dancers participating and some of the dance and drum competitions. \u00a0In addition to that, we enjoyed some of the food vendor’s wares (yum!!!) and had an all around great time!<\/p>\nHere’s a look at what I captured with my camera. \u00a067 shots in all up on Flickr. \u00a0Hope you enjoy!<\/p>\n[AFG_gallery id=’26’]\n
