No time to get out today – not only was the weather crappy, but my schedule simply didn’t permit it. Oh, well. So I scanned a few 6×6 negatives in for your viewing enjoyment. I did finally get to processing the last roll of Kodak T-MAX 100 I shot over the past month or so over this past weekend, and I figured a few scans were in order. So here they are.<\/p>\n

A general note – All the shots here were taken with my Rolleiflex TLR on Kodak T-MAX 100 film, processed in D-76 developer.<\/p>\n

First up is a rail-level view of Fairview yard in Groton, CT. Nothing spectacular, but I shot it with a nearly wide open aperture, giving a very short depth of field, which I tried to center in the frame.<\/p>\n

I’m not sure when I took this one – it was a spur of the moment thing after NR-2 had passed, but I can’t remember for the life of me when that was. Too bad film doesn’t have EXIF data…..<\/p>\n

Next up is a shot from November 14th<\/a> at MP7. It’s of P&W train NR-2 and a nice reflection passing the tidal pool near MP7.<\/p>\n

And a more recent shot (December 4th<\/a>) of P&W train NR-2 crossing the Thames River drawbridge with some of the houses on the bank of the Thames along the outside of the frame<\/p>\n

Then finally a shot of Amtrak train 190 crossing the Thames River as work continues on the drawbridge replacement project. Oh, yeah, this was taken on November 28th<\/a>.<\/p>\n

And that’s it for tonight. Might be able to get out tomorrow sometime – we’ll see what my Outlook calendar has to say about that when I get into work.<\/p>\n
