\"\"So the weather’s been crappy lately, but as usual that never stopped me from getting out and shooting.\u00a0 And this time of year, the colors are just starting to peak down in southeastern Connecticut, so even cloudy gloomy days are somewhat colorful.\u00a0 And boy were Tuesday and Wednesday pretty cloudy and gloomy.\u00a0 As luck had it, I was able to dodge the raindrops on Wednesday and stay dry while shooting around the Thames and Lieutenant Rivers.\u00a0 Yep, I actually was able to get away from the good old Thames River valley for a bit.\u00a0 Nothing special, but something different…<\/p>\n

Tuesday I didn’t have too much time, so I opted for a short stint at Erickson Park, taking advantage of the changing colors.\u00a0 Without getting too wordy, here’s the goods from Tuesday.<\/p>\n[cpg_album:633]\n

And Wednesday I also headed up to Erickson Park, but this time I broke out the Lumedyne to light up the overhanging foliage as a little experiment.\u00a0 And after that I had to go over to Old Lyme to the town hall, so I bagged NR-2 crossing the Lieutenant River in town there.<\/p>\n[cpg_album:634]\n
