OK, getting late, and I’m getting a bit lazy.\u00a0 So I’m going to do like the cable company advertises, and bundle a couple posts together.\u00a0 This one is from September 24th and 29th of\u00a0 Providence & Worcester train NR-2 at, yep you guessed it, Mill Cove.\u00a0 Well, the 29th also has a couple shots of NR-2 heading down track 4 in Groton to Tilcon at Midway as light engines, presumably to pick up empties.\u00a0 Anyways, read on for the stuff.<\/p>\n
The 24th was pretty uneventful – NR-2 rolling south along Mill Cove under sunny skies.\u00a0 And the 29th was about the same – except NR-2 consisted of a pair of locomotives and one hopper car.\u00a0 That was until they got to Fairview, where they dropped the car, and headed over to Track 4 in Groton to go east to Tilcon at Midway as a pair of light engines.\u00a0 Now that the back-story is done, here’s the goods.<\/p>\n
