Howdy folks! Yeah, it’s been a little bit since I’ve posted here – been busy at work and at home, so not much time for shooting and posting. But wanted to pass along an event coming up soon. I’ll be presenting a slide show for the Amherst Railway Society at their meeting on October 16, 2012 in Amherst, MA. The subject of my presentation this time around is “Traveling with my Cameras” and is centered around the photos I’ve taken while on business trips. We’ll explore railroading in areas of Michigan, Ohio, New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and cover railroads from Class 1s like Norfolk Southern and CSX to small regional and tourist operations like New Hope & Ivyland, Black River & Western and Penn Eastern. I’ll also have some merchandise available for sale – including a 2013 calendar featuring some of the photos from the slideshow! Also, I’ll have a few of my Valley Railroad 3025 prints with me – don’t forget that the sales of these prints directly benefits the Friends of the Valley Railroad!
